Instruction 01: A line has a beginning and an end is an abstract representation of life and death. It starts its mark at the edge of the paper and ends at the opposite edge. Whatever it becomes in-between is its purpose.
Instruction 02 : By itself a line needs to work hard to form an image , with other lines it could be easier.
Instruction 03: Alas the image is not the highest purpose.

Instruction 04 : The highest purpose of the line is a pattern , the pattern extend itself beyond the paper edges , beyond the frame , beyond virtually endlessly in the imagination of the viewer.
